From start to finish, I received a first class service and both were very sensitive to my needs and took a lot of time to listen to my ideas and anecdotes about life and jewellery! The finished product blew me away and made me very emotional; just stunning. Gavin had literally breathed new life into them and created timeless pieces that I can wear every day and then hand down to my daughter. Having never had a ‘bespoke jewellery experience’, they were welcoming, extremely personable and guided me through the entire process.
