Shipping policy

All our jewellery pieces are handmade in our Tunbrdige Wells Studio. Creation of jewellery is 1-3 days for silver and 1-3 weeks for gold pieces. Gold pieces take longer as they are shipped for hallmarking after creation. You will be advised of the estimated time frame upon your order at the studio. Bespoke pieces will take approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Although we endeavour to complete the jewellery in the estimated time frame, we reserve the right to extend such a period without prior notice. 

All orders will require a signature on delivery. It is important to consider this when filling in the shipping details. We highly recommend delivering your orders to the billing address.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location so please allow a longer delivery period for remote addresses.

All import duties, sales taxes or other import costs, incurred at the point of entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. You may wish to contact your local customs department to get further guidance on costs related to import.
