Refund policy
This policy sets out the returns policy for goods or services purchased through the online store operated by The Diamond Setter.
We truly believe that our jewellery pieces and the craftsmanship involved will mean that your jewellery will bring a smile to your face. If for any reason, there is a fault with the jewellery, please accept our sincere apologies. We will gladly offer a credit note to the value of your jewellery piece(s) within 14 days after dispatch or a complimentary repair. We offer 6 months of warranty for your jewellery which covers damage caused by manufacturing only. In the event of break or damage caused by wear and tear, a repair cost will apply and will be assessed depending on the damage.
All orders unless paid in full are the property of The Diamond Setter or G Marsh Company Ltd.
To be eligible for a return and avail of the credit note, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging with labels attached. Costs in returning the items to us including repairs, are borne by you. Refunds will only cover the cost of product purchase and not the shipping cost. For special delivery by Royal Mail, the cost is complimentary but for a refund, £12 will be deducted from the total amount paid. For international orders, a minimum of £100 will be deducted from the cost to cover shipping and packaging costs.
Loose Diamonds and Gemstones, Personalised and Bespoke pieces are final sale and non-refundable. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
If you would like to return a physical product you have purchased, please contact us to let us know that you will be returning the item. You will be provided with return merchandise authorisation. Failure to notify us may result in the products being returned to the sender.
Once your return is received and inspected we'll contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, and credit your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven't received a refund yet where we have told you we have issued one, please check your bank account or card statement to make sure it hasn't been received and then contact your bank as some banks or card companies take a number of days to credit your account.
If an item you purchased was purchased with a discount voucher, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).
If an item you purchased was in a sale then it may not be eligible for a refund if you have changed your mind. If you are in any doubt please contact us before making the purchase.
If you used The Diamond Setter merchandise credit to purchase an item, you will not be entitled to a refund.
