We support a number of jewellers around the country predominantly with gemstone setting and laser engraving services. But we also have a well-equipped workshop and therefore, we can help with many other jewellery services.

Our turnaround time is normally 10 to 14 working days but as we approach the busy season, it can take up to 20 working days.

Express service is possible with an extra charge of 50%. For urgent jobs, please date when required and we will endeavour to complete for you.

Every packet has to have clear instructions of the work. Drawings are much appreciated for complex jobs.

We receive jobs via post Royal Mail special delivery, same with return. If you can give me a heads up that we are to expect a parcel from you, that would be great. Note that we do not run to the post office. Instead, our parcels are collected from the shop. Any delays with Royal Mail is out of out control.

We open each envelope when the bench is ready for them so we won’t check your parcel as a whole upon arrival. Therefore you may get separate emails from us if we have any enquiry.

Unfortunately, stones can break during setting. If this is the case, we will use your spare stones and if you have not sent us any, we will notify you so you can make a decision to send a replacement. We do not replace your stones as they are not supplied by us and therefore we can't hold any guarantee to the quality of your stones.

Breakage are very common in softer materials such as emeralds, aquamarines, tourmalines, opals. Breakage is less common in diamonds, sapphires and rubies.

Payments are invoiced before dispatch for the first few parcels and once we are established, I can issue a 14 day credit.
