Do you make jewellery onsite?
Yes. Unlike most high street jewellers, we have a fully equipped workshop at our Pantiles showroom in Tunbridge Wells. Your jewellery is designed and crafted by our hands, not outsourced to a third party. You are welcome to visit the workshop during your consultation.
How much does a bespoke engagement ring cost?
Bespoke engagement rings start from around £2,000, with no upper limit. Because every piece is made to order, we can work with your budget and preferences to find the right combination of metal, stone and design. There are many options with diamonds and gemstones that affect the price, so a bespoke ring is often more affordable than you might expect.
Can I reuse stones or metal from old jewellery?
Absolutely. Remodelling inherited or unworn jewellery is one of our specialities. We can repurpose your existing diamonds, gemstones and precious metals into a completely new design that suits your style. Many clients are surprised to learn this is possible.
How long does a bespoke piece take?
Most bespoke pieces take between 2 and 8 weeks, depending on complexity. Some projects involving rare stone sourcing or intricate designs can take longer. We will always give you a clear timeline at your consultation. Our quickest turnaround is around 2 weeks.
Do you offer finance?
Yes. We offer 0% APR finance for up to 24 months on purchases, allowing you to spread the cost of your jewellery. You can apply at checkout or discuss options during your consultation.
Do I need to visit your showroom?
We encourage it, as seeing and trying on designs in person makes a real difference. However, we also offer video consultations for clients who are unable to visit. We serve clients from across Tunbridge Wells, Kent, East Sussex and further afield.
