Rose Gold Marquise Diamond Wreath Ring, Lab Grown Diamonds

This is an open bypass ring, which means the two ends of the band pass one another rather than joining, so it wraps around the finger instead of closing in a circle.

Fifteen lab grown white diamonds follow that curve, nine marquise cut and six round, graded G VS and coming to 0.62ct in total. The marquise stones are set in graduating sizes so the shapes taper as they travel along the band, giving the wreath effect the ring is named for.

Lab grown diamonds are chemically and visually the same as mined diamonds, with the same hardness and brilliance. They are grown in a laboratory rather than taken from the ground, which is why they cost less carat for carat.

This ring carries the Platinum Jubilee commemorative mark, struck to mark the late Queen's seventy years on the throne. The mark was only applied during a limited period, so this is a piece you cannot have made now.
