What is permanent bracelet?

Permanent bracelet that doesn't have a typical clasp for easy removal. Instead, the ends are welded or “zapped” together — with the intention of never taking it off.

How long does permanent jewellery last?

Your pieces will stay on for as long as you'd like. If for some reason you would like to remove your bracelet, simply cut the chain and save it if you'd like it to be re-soldered it in the future. Or if you decide you do want a clasp after all, bring it into the shop and we'll add a clasp to it.

Does it hurt?

Nope! When we put on your bracelet, we use a welder without fire concentrated on the chain only to weld it shut. Your wrist will be protected by a piece of leather to avoid any contact between your skin and the welding tool. You shouldn’t feel a thing. 

What if the chains breaks?

Our chains are hand picked for their minimalist design but they are not dainty nor bold. However, they not unbreakable. We encourage you to wear your forever bracelet with care. If your jewellery were to break, we will do our best to repair it for you. Please note, we are not liable for lost chains. 

What if I change my mind or need repairs?

If you change your mind, you can come back to the shop and pick another chain (we will calculate the price difference and add £35 for the re-soldering). Or if you decide that you want a clasp after all, we will remove the permanent link and add a clasp (the cost varies depending on the claps, but they are usually around £20 for clasp and service). If your permanent jewellery needs repair, please get in touch.

The reason why we ask customers to complete a personal information form is so we can keep your information on file and assist you in the future, should you need assistance.

What if I need to remove it temporarily?

If you need to remove your permanent bracelet for any reason, simply cut it off with scissors or jeweller's pliers. Cut the ring that attaches the chain together to ensure the cleanest look. We charge £35 to re-solder your permanent bracelet.

Keep in mind that you may be required to remove your jewellery during medical procedures such as X-Rays or MRI’s. Consult your doctor if this will be required.

Can you shower with permanent bracelet?

Absolutely! You can shower while wearing our solid 9ct gold bracelets without worrying about tarnishing or skin irritation.

Do you host group parties for permanent bracelet?

Yes! Hen Parties, Birthdays, Bridal Showers, you name it. Contact us to coordinate a date and time. The availability depends on the number of people and the day of the week you would like to book.
