Each jewellery is lovingly packed in our luxury eco friendly jewellery box. If you are buying a gift, you can upgrade at checkout to our luxury gift packing services to add the special touch.

We truly believe that our jewellery pieces and the craftsmanship involved will mean that your jewellery will bring smile to your face. If for any reason, there is fault in the jewellery, please accept our sincere apologies. We will gladly offer a credit note to the value of your jewellery piece(s) within 14 days after dispatch or a complimentary repair. We offer 6 months of warranty for your jewellery which covers damage caused by manufacturing only. In the event of break or damage caused by wear and tear, a repair cost will apply and will be assessed depending on the damage.
