Ankaa Chevron Diamond Contoured Band, 18ct Gold or Platinum

Ankaa is a chevron band, which means it rises to a V at the centre rather than running straight. That shape lets it sit around the stone of an engagement ring so the two meet without a gap, and it works as a striking ring on its own too.

The diamonds follow the shape of the band. Round stones step up in size as they travel inward, from 1.30mm at the ends through 1.50mm and 1.70mm to a 2.20mm stone at the point, with marquise cut diamonds set among them so their tapered shape follows the angle of the V.

Everything is claw set, which lifts each stone slightly so light can pass beneath it.
